How we work …

  • 1. Getting to know you

An initial informal discussion allows you to introduce your project and objectives. We explore if we’re a good fit for each other and understand what success will look like for you. We’ll discuss the different ways we can support you.

We work internationally and are flexible about time zones.

  • 2. Developing a tailored proposal

With insights gained from our initial discussion we’ll develop a detailed customised proposal to meet your needs. Where there is more than one viable path, we present options with the implications of each.

We’ll present our services, deliverables and timelines with a budget.

  • 3. Review

We believe the best proposals are refined collaboratively. We welcome your feedback, address questions, and fine-tune the scope before work begins. You know your organisation best. We bring independent perspective and sector expertise. Together we agree an approach that reflects both.

  • 4. Partnership

We believe that delivering and adding value is achieved through partnership. Our approach to consultancy is collaborative and personalised - you know your organisation best and we can bring independent reflections and insights.

You may want a sounding board or full project development and execution, or something in between.

  • 5. Delivery

The project proposal sets out what we’ll deliver and when. We work with you to refine this, and review and amend as necessary through the project cycle. We are flexible and responsive as the work develops and needs evolve.

We can provide a project insight report alongside the project deliverables.

  • 6. Follow up

When a project concludes we remain available to support you with anything further arising from the project.

We remain available as implementation progresses and new questions emerge, because the work rarely ends neatly at the project boundary.
