Operandi Consulting is a specialist strategic advisory practice working with international health, scientific, and professional membership associations, and with the destinations and congress ecosystems that partner with them.
We advise boards, senior leadership, and governing bodies on governance, strategy, and organisational effectiveness at points of change, complexity, and strategic transition. We bring 30 years of leadership and advisory experience in international associations and business events including governance reviews, strategic planning, organisational health assessments, board facilitation, and congress strategy.

Tracy Bury
Tracy Bury is the founder and principal of Operandi Consulting. She brings 30 years of experience across international associations and the business events sector, as a health professional, association executive, volunteer leader, and strategic adviser. Her former roles include interim CEO and Deputy CEO of World Physiotherapy, and President of AC Forum, where her leadership spanned governance reform, strategic planning, congress delivery, and pandemic response at international level.
Tracy's approach is grounded in research, critical analysis, and evidence-driven thinking, shaped by a career that has given her rare insight into associations from every angle: as a member, an executive, a board leader, and an independent adviser.
